How Booking Works Once you book, I’ll text the number you provide within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and answer any questions. Please save my number so we can communicate easily. IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE (Read Before Booking) To protect enough time for nail art: • All new appointments must include BOTH your base service (Builder Gel or Gel-X) and a Design Tier at the time of booking. • If you’re unsure on art, add Tier 1 as the safest option—you can change the design later as long as it fits your booked tier. • Appointments without a design add-on will be solid color only. Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your deposit goes toward your service total. • Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Late Policy Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals past the grace period may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid running into the next client’s time. Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled due to lateness. Reschedule Policy I completely understand that life happens—just keep me in the loop! • You may reschedule up to 24–48 hours in advance (the sooner the better). • Less than 24 hours before your appointment is considered a late change and may require a new deposit to hold your next spot. • Clear communication helps me stay flexible and do my best to work with you. 💕 Extra Guest Policy For everyone’s comfort and to maintain focus, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. The only exception is when two clients have back-to-back appointments—one may wait during the overlap.
