Please save my email so we can communicate easily regarding your appointment. ⸻ Before You Book Please book every service you’ll need at the time of booking. This includes: * Base Service (Builder Gel or Gel-X) * Design Tier (if desired) * Soak Off (if needed) Appointments booked without a Design Tier will receive solid color only. If you’re unsure which design tier to choose, book Tier 1 and we can always adjust it if needed. ⸻ Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your deposit goes toward your service total. • Cancellations and no shows will forfeit the deposit. ⸻ Late Policy Please allow enough time for parking and walking to the nail room There is a 10 minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or have their appointment canceled to avoid delaying the next client. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment must be canceled due to lateness. ⸻ Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens! • Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible. • Last-minute cancellations or reschedules may require a new deposit before booking another appointment. • Good communication helps me stay flexible whenever I can. 💕 ⸻ Repeated Cancellations I completely understand that unexpected situations can come up, and I always do my best to be as accommodating as possible. However, repeated cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment times and impact my ability to serve all of my clients. After two cancellations (regardless of notice), a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to book or maintain any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as a small business owner. 🤍 ⸻ Extra Guests To keep my private studio comfortable and distraction free, no extra guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service. If two clients have back to back appointments together, one guest may wait during the overlap. ⸻ Model & Discounted Sets By booking a model or discounted set, you agree to give me full creative freedom over your nail design. Think of it as a creative collaboration, you receive a discounted price while allowing me to create a design of my choice. ⸻ Thank you so much for supporting my small business!
